This is the worst salon experience I have ever had. My boyfriend and I went together with my appointment beind at 3 pm and his at 4pm. When we arrived at the salon, the employees ignored us and were very rude when I approached them. I then had to wait until 3:35 to be taken to the back. Once my hair was washed I waited with wet hair for about 5 minutes with wet hiar for my stylist to come get me. Finallyl, she asked me what I wanted to have done and began to cut. I asked for many lengths and layers starting at my jawline with long sidesweeping bangs and just a small trim on the length. An hour and a half later, I left with a three inch trim on the length and no layers. Everyone in the salon acted like zombies they were moving so slow and with no personality. I would not recommend anyone to come here.
