I had my yamaha R6 in for repair since the engine was heating up. I waited two weeks to get the bike in. And once I did, I waited 4 business days to be told that the thermostat needed to be replaced (which I already knew). During these 4 days I called in 3 times to ask about the status and everytime I was told someone would call back and no one ever did. Even when I told the guy I wanted to pick up my bike since they were taking too long, he did not even bother to offer to get it fixed asap. I am very dissappointed and will not be recommending Cycle Stop services to anyone else.
