I have had nothing but great experiences at Samena Swim & Recreation Club. It was my understanding that the indoor pool will be closed this fall for a final phase of renovation to the indoor pool area. But the rest of the facility will be open and operating as usual such as the fitness room, outdoor pool, preschool, family events,and the before and afterschool care programs. This family oriented facility has been the gem of the Lake Hills area and has provided many families with a place to spend quality time in a safe environment. It has been my experience that when I have had an issue or a concern that management has always been receptive and willing to remedy my situations. My advice to the previous reviewer is to contact the general manager directly if they are feeling this dissatisfied and afford the club the opportunity to resolve this matter, or even the board of directors if they felt the need.
