Poor customer service 7/23/2007

I was put on hold five times and for a total of 15 minutes all for a simple question about a craft camp. Although the day before an employee there told me I could reserve a spot over the phone, the manager on duty when I called the next day, RANDY, refused to oblige. Insisting that I drive all the way to the store to pay a whopping $5.00 fee for an hour class for my five year old. Really ridiculous. I offered to pay the fee over the phone, but they said they were not set up for that. Geez, this is not a little mom and pop shop! Get with it Michael's, while my daughter was crafting, I was going to be spending money in your store. Now I'll never shop there again. And lose the the bad attitude manager RANDY. more
