Store number #794. \r In an attempt to EXCHANGE a CD, after looking for the replacement as I waas told to do, I returned to the young woman at the Return counter. She told me that she spoke with the manager and he said she was unable to exchange the cd.\r I asked a young lady at returns to "speak to the Manager" Whom said that my defected $22 CD was not Manufacturers Error that it was user scratches and that I was "Raising my voice to his employee!". As I explained, the cd has a built in DVD that skipped as well as the audio.\r I told him (he refused to give me his name) that I had worked there for 11 months and knew other Managers such as Martin & Charlie.\r \r He told me Martin had been fired probably for "HIRING SOMEONE LIKE ME!" He continued and said "What did you do "GET FIRED?" I told him no and that I had quit w/ a two week notice.\r I called him a p**sy for insulting me, and stuck my Middle finger 8 inches from his Face.\r \r I was only looking for an exchange, not a REFUND.\r This "S more
