I took my perscription to be filled at Walgreens. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes - I was the only car there. Finally when my perscription was taken, I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours for it to be filled. I arrived back at the store 3 hours later and went inside to pick up my perscription. I stood in line waiting for 30 minutes. FINALLY... when it was my turn, I was told that they had not filled my perscription yet. I said forget it and give me my perscription back. This store, due to it's lack of customer service and poor time management, lost my business for good. I am going back to Kroger. more
