I was extremely disappointed with the misrepresentation of our parcels listed in the MLS by the St.John's office. Pictures of our vacant lots in the MLS were actually that of someone else's property NOT OURS!! Much to our dismay, this mistake was brought to our attention 3 years later. I would not recommend them to anyone else who owns vacant land in rural areas and wants to sell it; especially when they have not seen the land beforehand.
