Cindy's is OK--friendly service and nice view of the ocean. The hush puppies were a bit more deeply fried and heavier than what we prefer. Fried seafood is the preparation of choice as is the case with most restaurants on Topsail Island but they offer grilled or broiled fish for $2 extra. The grilled shrimp and salmon were good as was the shrimp scampi, a very simple preparation with two pieces of garlic bread. The house red wine was quite good.
