I went here recently to get a new cable and headset for my iPod. There was a whole table full of activated iPhones that customers could play with: make calls, surf the net, google maps, try out all the features. It was so much fun. The sales associate helping me get the merchandise I needed. He told me that the store offers free classes in the iPhone, whether you buy it or not. Also they have a program for Macintosh users. For $99, you get i hour per week of lessons on any computer-related subject you want help with -- iTunes, iPhoto, iMovie or just the basics of the OS. That's 52 hours of lessons for 100 bucks. This person, James, found everything I needed, and checked me out with great courtesy. This company knows how to serve customers. And their products aren't bad, either.
