Do not take your pets here. I took two cats in for a general check-up. They did not have an appointment time for both cats and to fit them in, I had to leave the animals and pick them up later. When I returned in the afternoon I took both kitties home. The younger one, who was only 2 years old, collapsed and died as soon as she was out of the carrier. When I called VCA MR in a panic they told me to take the cat to a different hospital because they were closing in 5 and had turned the registers off. Later, VCA paid for a necropsy and cremation but had the work done by one of their private labs. A second opinion from another vet made it clear this was entirely unethical. I fought VCA for a long time, they are criminals. They could kill your pets. Avoid them at all costs.
