A co-worker took her vacuum to this business for repair. She was very specific about what she wanted.\r
1. Factory replacement parts of the wheels.\r
2. The handle catch fixed. The handle would not stay upright. It fell to the floor if you let go.\r
They said that they could give her what she asked for. The following is the service she recieved.\r
They kept the vacuum for four weeks and did not fix the handle. The owners son claimed that it was not broken and was designed to fall to the floor. The wheels they placed on the vacuum were not factory replacements. By her description they were cheap and gaudy. When she complained they were argumentative and insulting. She then told them that she was not satisfied with their service and that she wanted the original wheels replaced. If I understood her corectly they said that would cost extra. In the end she had to pay $50.00 just to get her vacuum back. Nothing was fixed and she still has to find someone reputable to fix it.
