Don't waste your time or money. To make a long story short I purchased a pool table in the beginning of April and during installation it was damaged. I notified the rep and service immediately of the damage and I have now been trying to work with their service department for the past 3 months to get the table fixed (in which I have a lifetime warranty). In the beginning they were quick to try to pawn the damage off on the manufacturer but after my explination of the damage they agreed to come take a look. After several phone calls they set up appointments to see the damage but they have not showed up and never called to inform me that they wouldn't be there. Now every time I call them back to find out why they didn't show up they inform me that something came up and they will call me back when they have time to come look at the table. \r This company will not call you back, they are not reasonably priced and they will not stand by their promise of customer service or back their warranties. \r I strongly advise you do business elsewhere. \r Good business can be determined by proffit margins. However higher profit margins are gained when a business provides great customer service and product, exceeds expectations, and maintains reliability. Unfortunately this company lacks in these qualities and the only thing you can count on from them is the reliability of no customer service. Cons: no service, not reliable more
