After a very breif conversation with a very unfreindly telephonist I decided to go elsewhere. \r
She stated ""there's no such thing as a Jeep Islander""!\r
Well that's funny - I've been driving one for 3 years! . This women was not only ignorant but spoke to me like a customer she didn't need. They might do good work - I don't know but I do know this...the telephonist had a bad attitude!
