I would never recommend anyone to take there cats here. My cat had a leg fracture. The lady at the front counter is always in a sour pissssy mood, and on the second splint change, she ended up with a huge swollen foot. I was a little suprised of no discharge instructions either. The Dr was not sympathetic and said to me ""It just happens"". The new vet I took my cat too said he never has to much of the foot sticking out of the bandage, so that the paw will not swell. Just the tip toes sticking out of the wrap. Our cat's foot was swollen twice the size, and I had to take her to the ER Vet. Even when my new vet called the Cat Clinic in Bothell today for records, they said the front counter lady was very rude. Never take your cats here. The customer service suks and this tells me how they care for animals. Customer/Pet service is number one and this clinic rates zero on my list.
