Dave's do what they say in that they get you where you're going but beyond that it's pure frustration. Beyond over-booked vans with stained and broken seats and dirty interiors the customer service from the intial call to make a reservation to the drive to the airport leaves one wondering how this company is still in business. I've used Dave's four times over the last year and a half hoping each time that my experience would improve but unfortunately it hasn't. I've been verbally abused by call takers in the office and drivers alike. Of course there has been an exception or two but my over-all opinion is that Dave doesn't have a grip on his employees. After all this I have to commend Kim (on the other end of the phone), superb job and John my driver on two of the four occassions... keep the wonderful attitude and sense of humor (name one of those pebbles for me). Over-all, I will not use Dave's again. There are other shuttle services in the area, just do your research. Trinity. Philly
