Competent plumbers, but they couldn't care less about their clients' well-being.\r Continuously leaving jobs un-done due to poor planning or revenue maximization.\r Forces users to buy fixtures at "Baths, etc" a supply house that obfuscates prices and features of items that can be bought on-line for 2/3rds the cost.\r \r The 3rd line plumbers that got sent to our home: 1) ignored our requests and put the toilet 2" over which meant a 2 month delay to return and then order a new cabinet; 2) installed the fill spout on our bathtub/spa in the wrong place, making it impossible to clean our use the spa for its intended use. more
