I have two VERY senior dogs. One in particular has had more serious issues. Although my dogs mainly see Dr. Davis Hall, we have seen Dr. Reed Hall. Both Dr. Halls have been caring, sensitive and available for questions during and following visits. Dr. Davis Hall is a gentle man who is extremely knowledgeable and patient with my dogs (and with me and my questions). He has always called me back the same day I have left a message. Dr. Reed Hall, whom we've only seen once, was caring, as well, and he called to check on our very sick dog's welfare (who recovered) following our visit to him. I would never hesitate to recommend either Dr. Hall to anyone. (By the way, the front office staff people have always been polite and accommodating in person and on the phone.) Also, I love that my dogs can be seen by either Dr. Hall at both Columbia Pike Animal Hospital as well as Town and Country Animal Hospital. It makes it much easier to get an appointment that is convenient.
