My experience has been unfavorable. I have lived at a particular site for over ten years. I am a honest and very law abiding citixen with much integrity. I can compare them to another management company, that was employed here for 85 percent of that time. The agency seems to cut so many corners that the building, which was once very clean and kept up is now operating but just barely. After years of being a good tenant I have saved the owners by caring for and respecting thier properties now they cannot do the same. I deserve to be treated with equal respect. I need things done according to the city codes which are written for this reason.
Pros: They seem to resond in a timely fashion.
Cons: Do not remedy the problem. Just try to cut all corners at the cost of the tenants.
