A few Fridays nights ago, we called Pasta Too to order a pizza and 2 italian hoages ""to go"". I can honestly say that I don't think I've ever dealt with anyone as rude as the girl who answered the phone and took my order. I may be wrong but I believe her name was Tracy. HOWEVER, the pizza and hoagies were terrific! The pizza had a perfect thin and crispy crust, which can be a rarity at pizza shops. The 2 Italian hoagies were quite tasty as well. My compliments to the chef!! He or she must really know their stuff. BUT, due to the rudeness of the staff on the phone and at pick up, it is doubtful that we will be repeat customers. I suggest that the owner a/o manager school their employees in proper customer service. It does not matter how wonderful your product is, if your staff who deals with your public is unbelievably rude, word of mouth could definitely negatively effect your business. Perhaps Pasta Too's pizza chef should consider venturing out on his own. I feel he could do quite well.
