My wife and I went into Bethany Cycle because we were interested in pursuiting a hobby in biking. Alton, the owner, introduced himself and proceded to be rude and condescending. For instance, when we asked what advice he had for the type of riding we planned to do he responded with, ""Well you should buy a bike"". We continued to endure this for longer than we would like to admit until we both agreed to never set foot in there again. Fortunately, we happily purchased two very nice bikes locally at a different vendor and enjoy biking, in spite of our initial experience at Bethany Cycle.
