Went twice. First time had table service because when I asked if they had tables outside they said no. However, what I didn't realize was that the far outside tables were self serve and we could have gone there for much less money. Then we waited over 2 hours for our food. I asked very politely many times for our food and they kept saying, 5 minutes. Eventually we asked for the manager, who was very rude to us and simply brought us the check without ever apologizing. We also had a 5 year old with us!\r
Second time, we ate at the outside dock thinking that it would be better service. Horrible service. No lobster crackers at all for whole lobsters, incomplete food orders, some food was inedible, and we waited for 1 1/2 hours for very simple grill food. Not staffed well at all. \r

Truly a very disappointing place because it could be great, especially since it was in such a lovely location. NEVER AGAIN.
Pros: location on water
Cons: inedible food on dock. inside was never served so don't know how food is.
