This is my Very First Citysearch post ever.\r Let me tell you about my experience. I walked in and was immediately greeted, my hands were full with a 20"" iMac G5, one of the sales-people had briefly put a customer on hold, to help me lift my machine onto the counter, I was impressed by that.\r My machine was getting no video, one of the sales associates, Greg Gantt, Immediatly recognized that this machine fell under an apple repair extension program; took the time to look up the covorage via the serial number, Never pressured me to make a sale, Layed out the options for me, and gave me the information I needed to have, to get my machine resurrected, at little or no cost. AND they even offered to carry the machine back out to my car for me, recognizing that I was struggling a little bit. I am only 5'4"" and very petite.\r Their Customer Service is absolutely phenomenal. Very friendly.\r I was so thankful that they could give me the material I needed to get my machine up and running again; and So impressed with the customer service, that I felt compelled to buy Greg a bottle of wine.\r They are Definitely 5 Stars in my book.\r If it weren't for this store, I would never have a reason to join citysearch. Pros: Quick Turn-around; Great Customer Service, Knowledgable staff, Clean Atmosphere, Very reasonable rates Cons: No wheelchair ramp more
