On our wedding day Regal Stageways failed to provide services as requested. Drivers X2 did not have any pre printed directions or navigation devices to allow for smooth transit between facilities. This caused the wedding ceremony to begin 20 minutes late. Two white limos were requested upon contract on the day of the wedding there was one white limo and one black we as the customers were not made aware of the color change prior to the day of service. One of the drivers was driving with excessive speed running through red lights and crossing over a medien on the highway. The second driver drove onto a highway on ramp and began to reverse out of it as cars were getting onto the ramp. This caused great frustration for the bride and groom and after being lost several times this company charged our account for an additional hour of service without notifying us. \r
