Another horrible story. Lestan was supposed to order the bridesmaid dresses in January and didnt do so until March because of a 'mix up'. Then they tried to deny it and balmed the dresses for coming in late because they were held in customs for a month. Then the jackets came in a different color and material than the dress. So of course they would not express ship the new jackets and it took well over 2 weeks to receive them. The jackets came in about 5 days before the wedding date we gave them, which isnt a lot of time to do alterations. Like the other stories, my dress was also too large and too long. They told me i could come in for a fitting on a sunday. When i came in they told me there is never a seamstress in on sundays! Then they told me to come in on Thursday and said i would defiantly be able to get fitted. And when i called again they asked why i didnt make an appointment when they never told me i needed one. Now the lady i was talking to for a while that was the 'manager' tells me that the real manager is conveniently away on vacation this week. I will not receive any compensation or apology for the rude customer service and all the lies i heard. NEVER buy from Lestan!!!! Save yourself the hassle.
