We stumbled upon this cute, new restaurant located right at the base of the w-burg bridge and opted to sit in the back garden. The decor of the restaurant itself was really sleek and nice (the bathroom, too!), but the small patio and garden really transported you to another place. And the basil plants as centerpieces were a great touch on the outdoor tables. As for the food, I'm usually wary of eclectic menus, but everything we tried was done well, especially the shrimp & plaintain dish. The mac & cheese was surprisingly good, too! Finally, the service was fast and extremely attentive - the staff & owners were very friendly and the atmosphere in general made you feel like you were at home. i'll definitely go back!
