Dr. Ruiz is one of the best doctors here in Polk County, he is always available when you need him and he's also very flexible. I started to see Dr. Ruiz back in 2004 and when my health insurance changed I was devestated because it was one health insurance that he wouldn't take. I went without seeing a doctor for almost two years, I just received my new health insurance plan; I was excited to learn that Dr. Ruiz was in my plan. I made my appointment as soon as my insurance kicked in. :)
