i've used them 3 times in the last 12 months - they were great when i was working through a wedding planner. but having to work with them directly has been a disaster. my last order had mistakes, was not picked up on time and they did not clearly communicate pick-up and delivery charges. mistakes happen and i can understand that, but it was disappointing that they did not take responsibility for at least some of the mistakes or miscommunication. \r

i'll definitely be looking for a new rental company in the future.
