Now called The Dunes @ City Center?These are appalling apartments that have been under at least 2 different companies since we moved in but they kept same god awful staff... One of the office (property) managers (Anjie) is extremely rude and just ignorant of the whole complex and incidences of situation with her staff & our apartment?\r
Rude and WT all around maintenance staff when we have maintenance requests. Huge potholes took forever to be fixed. Our room was freezing all winter due to a drafty window that they refused to fix/replace just cover with plastic still didn?t help ($100 power bill 1br apartment). But they have been improving how the place looks but it?s just for show can?t keep resident trying to pull new in all the time. Might Help to GET ALL NEW MANAGEMENT in the office and new maintenance staff that won?t fight out side apartment yelling at the live in girlfriends. How about some maintenance guy I might trust to be in my apartment that won?t steal ADD meds or $ lying around? We have thought about calling Management but have noticed they are all friends and well what we have to say really doesn?t matter. \r
