Since my first trainer was the man who trains Ed Viesturs for his Mt. Everest climbs, my expectations were high. Rochelle not only met those expectations, but even more important, she met my needs and wants: a non-routine workout that didn't include being tied to machines, but that worked all parts of my body. Balance and connection are as important as simply developing muscle groups unconnected with each other. Rochelle treats the entire body, and the entire person as well. Can't recommend her highly enough.
