The service generally did as little as possible before running out of the yard. Vacuumed haphazardly, perhaps every other week. Did a poor job brushing the sides down. Cleaned the filter on the grass and left the caked goop (diat. earth) all over the grass. Pool was often lacking stabilizer and so the chlorine levels would be off. They broke something, then quit on us before we found the broken part.
