I've tried various sushi bars here in Nashville over the years and I consistently go back to Ken's. Sure, it doesn't provide a fancy ambience like Rusan's, but I'd rather have good sushi than fancy decor. The waitstaff there are really nice and are good about paying attention to when you need drink refills and the sushi chefs are cool guys to talk to while you're sitting at the bar. The rolls are always nice, tight and full and the rice is good and sticky. My husband, friends and I have decided that Ken's is just the place to go when we're in a sushi mood.
Pros: Good sushi, nice menu items for vegetarians, excellent service
Cons: It's starting to get a little pricey.
