Hi everyone! Do you wonder if the proprieters ever read these reviews? We'd be fools not to! Yes, it can be a painful process to see where we've missed the mark but people pay thousands of dollars to get honest opinions about their businesses and this is free (minus the therapy bills that is.) I gave us 4 stars for staying open an entire year! \r

Gina and I are friends and moms who wanted to provide a safe and nurturing environment for families and neighborhood folks. Hipper than a kid cafe but easier for families than a regular coffeehouse. Our experience in such an endeavor was small but our passion was high, so we forged ahead. Our motto is ""Take care of the parent and you'll have a happy kid"". We offer fun and educational activities so that parents get a breather while their babes are occupied for a few precious moments. We are not a state funded children's museum, but each of our activity stations is designed to be a learning environment. All kids know is that they have fun and that's all they really need to know.\r

Since digesting all the feedback from surveys, reviews and emails, we've adjusted our menu (more kid stuff), our staff (friendlier), and even some of our policies (no big kids in play area). This place is our passion and when we do get it right and we have made someone happy, or less stressed, or just plain caffeinated we feel good. We only ask that you continue to support small businesses, moms, and entreprenuers and we thank you for keeping us afloat during our first rollercoaster of a year.\r
We intend to keep learning and keep adjusting so that we can continue to make tumble & tea cafe a success. If you ever want to write us directly with your comments or suggestions (which we respond to each week) please email us directly from our website listed here.
Pros: Trying hard to please everyone
Cons: realizing you can never please everyone
