We made reservations for Easter brunch a few weeks in advance and were looking forward to going. I called the day before to confirm the reservations and they were for the wrong time. We adjusted our schedule to accommodate the snafu and made it there by the appointed time. We waited in the bar with a baby for an hour before our ""reserved"" table was ready. The entrance to the restaurant and the bar are ridiculously small and people were crammed in there waiting like sardines. Once we did get to our table, we looked around and saw table after table of disgruntled patrons...from getting served cold food after 45 minutes to an hour after ordering, to the wait staff completely ignoring them to tables being placed so close together that there was no room to move. It was obvious they weren't quite prepared for the influx of customers, but it was an absolutely horrible experience for mediocre food at best.
