I was shocked at the lack of service in this store. I walked up to the counter with no one else in the store and the owner could hardly be bothered to get up from his newspaper. I told him I had inherited some coins and wanted to know how to clean and store them properly. I had only brought in a small portion of the collection which he promptly told me had little value then actually accused me of just coming in for free advise. Hardly a way to start a new customer relationship. Admittedly, I was not there to buy coins, but certainly was planning on buying cleaning tools/solvents and storage containers. I'll go somewhere else! \r
