I set up everything online...cool. Nice website. I had 1 telephone conversation with them to comfirm everything. They mentioned they charged for packing tape---which should have been a red flag---but everything else seemed so professional so whatever...it can't be that much. I told them i had 2 plasma tvs and a wall unit....no problem. Gave me a very reasonable quote and we were good to go. They showed up and the job was reviewed. They had taken 3 or 4 boxes out to the truck when the 1 guy that spoke english came and gave me the ""real quote"" ...""before we start i just want to make sure you know that it will be an extra $150 for the tv's plus an extra $25 for each glass item we pack"" WTF???? I told the company what the deal was. His reply was Yeah we get that a lot. I say I'm not paying that. He calls the office and puts me on with whomever there. He just goes on to say the same thing...we charge extra. I refer to the quote and he just says well the others items are extra. I say no and he says...well we can just pack them without our ""special packaging"" but we won't take responsibility!!!! Oh yeah Im going to trust you know. They charged my credit card $75 deposit ...which i disputed. They came back and said too bad....so i am in the dispute again. OK...you guys need to keep the $75? I'm guessing your business isn't that great eh!!!! \r
