I just got a new dryer and it wasn't working. So when I asked for service, first they took way too long to come and check it out and when they saw what was wrong with it , they put in the order for the ""parts""and then tell me that they don't have clue when the parts will come in.....so when I asked ""are you trying to tell me that it will be another 2-3 weeks...?"" they told me ""they can't say"". Ok, so when I asked for a replacement...do you know what the ""supervisor's"" replay was? ""If you bring it in to the store..."" And I said "" I'm a120lbs single mom, how do you want me to load a dryer that 2 large delivery MEN had to bring to my house, into the store?"" and he replied ""that's all I can tell you,if you bring it in, you can get a replacement"" Yes! They can deliver AND take away old products from your house but they can't take away a brand new machine that they sold to you that doesn't work. So if you buy something that doesn't work from best buy, make sure YOU REALLY DIDN""T NEED IT because you will just have to wait until the parts are available which, by the way they have NO CLUE when it will arrive....
