My son purchased a gift certificate for their ""spa"" services. I arrived for my appointment and was very disappointed - they should not advertise their services as ""spa-like"" -- equipment was laying on the floor, staff was initially unfriendly and became even more so when they learned that I had a ""gift certificate"". I was constantly referred to as the ""comp"" customer (I supposed rather than a ""paying"" customer). These services had been pre-paid -- I was not a comp customer. Very embarassing and humiliating. My son paid very good, hard earned money for this ""gift"" and due to the way I was treated by the staff, I could not make myself go back to receive the remaining services. I felt like I was treated very badly for two reasons - I had the certificate and they already had their money and had no real motivation to do a good job (the hair cut I received was no better than what I could have received at the Wal-Mart beauty shop). The stylist acted as though she was scared to touch my hair and once she found out that I lived in Ashland City and more than likely would not be a returning customer, she had no interest in discussing further services. She spent maybe 30 minutes with me and acted as though she had done me a tremendous service. I feel like the gift certificate was a total rip off, again since they had already received their money for the services, they weren't interested in whether or not I received good service.
Cons: They don't provide the type of service they advertise.
