I found Urth a few months ago after a friend told me to check out their intro offer. $49 for a month of yoga! Can't beat that! The bonus is that the studio is the best around. Knowledgeable, friendly teachers. Jeff's classes are great. The poses flow beautifully, but in a more meaningful way than in a typical flow class and he does cool breathing stuff. He helped me get pain out of my back and knee which I have had for years when I practice and now my back bends are incredible!!! Gabe's classes move slower, but she knows so much about the body that she talks you through each part of each pose in a way that gets you so deep and feels so good. Her classes are always busy! I also took class with 2 other instructors who were really attentive to the students. \r

The studio is very plain, in a good way. It's simple and clean (and no incense! YAY!) Bottom line is that the teachers are great, the space is great and even the other students I have met have been so nice. \r

Pros: Great teachers. Great Space. Cheap intro offer!
Cons: Not really a con, but I wish they offered a restorative class.
