I have been visiting this small sushi place for about 2 years now and it can't be beat. The chef adds generous portions of fish to every roll, and there is a roll for just about everyone, probably about 40 in all. Don't see something you like? Cozy up to the bar and talk to the owner/chef and he can probably make you something that's not on the menu.
Pros: Quality, Portion, Creativity, Variety
Cons: Decor? Who cares.
