I recently had my windows tinted at Tint Works, in Fair Oaks, CA. I thought they were going to be very professional and do a good job, because they seemed to have a nice place and represent themselves well. Obviously, that turned out not to be the case. Not only do my windows have HUGE bubbles that are not going away, it has other little bubbles that you can actually feel. Dan, the manager, tried to tell me that they would go away in 5 days, which has proved not to be correct, considering it has been 10! Not only this, they said that they used a laser cutter so that it would be exact. It is not exact. There are still spots that are not tinted. And last but not least, the tint is already peeling back from my windows!!!! I have followed all of the instructions properly, so this is just rediculous! DO NOT go to tint works! It took two hours to tint my windows, when I was told 45 minutes, and now I have to go back and go through that again! Terrible customer service, terrible job!
