I had used Jim's TV previously because best buy uses them for their warranty claims. I had no problems the first time. They had my TV back in 3 days. This past time they had it for a week before I called asking for a status. They told me it was on the work bench and they would call me back. A week and 4 calls later I told them I would wait on hold because they never called me back and I wanted a status on my TV. Only then, after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, did they tell me they needed to order some parts and it would be another week. A week and a half later I still had no TV and got the same classic ""I will call you back with a status"". After no call back for 3 days I called them and got the same answer again. This went on for almost 2 months and out of the 12 or 15 times they told me they would call me back I never once recieved a call. This is by far the worst service I have ever received and I would suggest saving some time and skip over them in the phone book.
Pros: it was free because it was under waranty from best buy
Cons: Every other aspect
