awful service!!!!! I orderd about $1300 worth of cabinets and countertops for my kitchen and was told it would be here in 10 buisness days and that never happened . when i called to complain that i need my order since i had already hired a carpernter to install they did not care and were very RUDE, when the product was due to come in i was told they would get it to me on a tuesday, and they never came!!!!! never got a phone call expalaining why and when i called irate sales person never called even after that, I call company and asked for manger, who assured me he wouldmake it better , he never did. long story short they even ordered some of the stuff wrong . i had words with the manger because he claim he left me messages but I NEVER got them(but get all my other messages from other people) he was so rude and then he hung up on me. I would never order anything from them they are not only rude but don't even know how to order products correctly.
Cons: they whole process was awful
