We've taken 2 cars here. The first one ""needed a new transmission"" ($3000). We took it to Aamco, and the tranny's just fine. The second one, they kept for 2 weeks without doing anything, even though I told them to replace the spark plugs & coils, and change the oil. They said they didn't have my phone number, even though THEY called ME to tell me about the previous $3000 repairs my car ""needed"". They did, however, tell me I ""needed a new mass airflow sensor"" ($900). The MAF was replaced a year ago. When we went to check on the car after hours, it was sitting outside with the key in the lock! When I went in on the next business day and told they guy how upset I was about the situation, he told me there was ""no reason to get an attitude"". They will rip you off and leave your car to be a target for theives! They now have 2 complaints with a certain well-known business rating site, and I filed a complaint with AAA. DON'T GO HERE!!
Pros: Towing service right next door so you can get your car the heck out of there
Cons: Horrible customer service, will tell you anything to make a buck
