I purchased an Xbox for my son for Christmas and it did not work within 3 days. I retruned it to Sears where I waited for over an hour for someone to help me. I took the second one home to find out that it also did not work. I then took it back and again waited for over an hour. I then purchased a 3rd Xbox, took it home and found that not only was it broken but it was the same one I had returned the first time!! I was treated very rudely. I was very disappointed. I was not treated with respect and when I asked to speak to the Manager, he was ever ruder. I usually love Sears and have always been a loyal customer but I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS SEARS AGAIN!
Pros: they have a great selection of items
Cons: customer service is horrible
