You will not get what you pay for. There is no playground. There is no onsite laundry facility and the gate is broken more than it works. The basketball court has more people from the outside utilizing it than the inside. Management is horrible. In the front of the complex there is a spot where you can just walk right in because they are too cheap to place a gate there. I would not suggest this property because you just don' get what you pay for.
