To be honest, my experience at Western Collision is the first time I'm handling accident repairs through an insurance company - and I hope they aren't par for the course. Twice they called me in to pick up my ""finished and ready"" vehicle to find GLARING issues that I was able to spot from 20' away. They clearly rushed to finish my car and never once inspected it or their work - SENDING ME OF TO DRIVE WITHOUT TAIL OR BREAK LIGHTS. What was MOST CONCERNING was all three I was in the shop, other customers came in and said, ""THE WORK YOU DID VOIDED MY WARRANTY,"" ""YOU DISABLED MY CLOCK, STEREO, AND BLINKERS WHILE FIXING MY BUMPER,"" ""YOU BROKE MY AIR CONDITIONER.""
Pros: work ""guaranteed"" by insurance company
Cons: ""guaranteed"" to make mistakes and take forever
