El Chico is primarily a bar with a restaurant.
The prices are very modst with such features as chicken wings for 25 cents each (should I say come on instead of "feture?").
We found the food to be quite good and expect to return.
My wife's eggplant parmagiana was excellent. My fried shrimp were rather ordinary.
