I have been taking classes at Yoga Sol for about 2 1/2 years. I have never been one to enjoy exercise until I was lucky enough to find this studio. Its owner, Tara, is no flaky yogi! She is organized, professional, and very supportive of her students. The studio has hot yoga, (100 + degrees) which is usually the traditional Bikram series, and there are also non-heated classes with variations on Ashtanga and other types of yoga. Tara's instructors are all great, and are all very different from one another. Their unique styles allow for a very well rounded practice. The heat takes some getting used to, but as soon as your body adusts to the heat (usually 2-3 classes) you enjoy the benefits of sweating out your toxins and becoing more flexible than you could have ever thought you could be.
