Regarding customer service at Maxwell Dog, it's my opinion that ever since they moved to their larger facility, the hired sales personnel are terrible. Yes, they are friendly when you come in with your dog. However, when you have questions about items which are not priced, they never seem to have the answer or knowledge about the product.
