My friend rescued her new puppy from the henrico humane and the protocol is to take him to this vet to be neutered. When she arrived the staff was very impersonal, just took the dog and said nothing. Not sure what happenend after she left....but upon picking him up they gave no post op instructions, or any indication of how the surgery went, no speaking to the actual vet, and basically threw him at her. when he stepped outside he urinated, as if they never took him out to use the restroom, and once home he drank water and ate as if he had not been fed. I would not recommend this facility to any one who cares for their loved pet.
